Refund policy
At MMCjewels Limited, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and dedication to ensure the highest standards for our clients. Due to the tailor-made nature of our creations, our return and refund guidelines are outlined below:
1. Customized & Made-to-Order Items
• Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless a confirmed production defect is present.
• Order Cancellations during Production:
* If a custom piece is already in production (e.g., stone sourcing, inventory allocation, CAD design, or drafting), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order value will apply.
* If the piece is fully completed but has not yet shipped, cancellation will incur a 50% service fee based on the total order value.
2. General Return Eligibility
• Returns and exchanges are strictly restricted to verified manufacturing defects or quality issues.
• Requests based on personal preference, subjective dislikes, changing your mind, price comparisons, or promotional pricing disputes will not be accepted.
• Any return or exchange request must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving your package. Orders received beyond this timeframe are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
• Qualifying quality issues include loose prongs or structural metal failure not caused by improper wear or accidental damage. Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage resulting from misuse are excluded. Maintenance and repair services for such conditions can be provided for an additional fee upon request.
• To submit a claim: Please provide clear photos showing the defect alongside a brief description of the issue. If you are unable to provide images, reach out to our team for assistance.
4. Processing & Refunds
• Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
• For credit card refunds, please allow up to one full billing cycle for the transaction to reflect on your statement.
