How long will it take to receive my order?

•⁠  ⁠Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Because bespoke designs are individually crafted for you, production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
•⁠  ⁠Note: Processing and production times may extend slightly during high-volume periods and statutory holidays.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
All shipments originate from Hong Kong.
•⁠  ⁠Local Delivery (Hong Kong): Shipped via SF Express and typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days following dispatch.
•⁠  ⁠International Orders: Overseas shipments are handled by DHL. Before placing an international order, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+852 6464-5585) to confirm delivery coverage for your location.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international deliveries, shipping costs calculated at checkout cover transport only. Import duties, local taxes, or customs clearing fees mandated by your destination country are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
